Production Process
Step 01
Order Intake & Requirement Confirmation
Clients provide catalogs, real product photos, or videos as references. Our professional team communicates with clients to confirm customization requirements, including dimensions, colors, materials, glass types, lighting effects, and structural design. With nearly 30 years of experience in display fixture manufacturing, we provide professional advice for various product categories (jewelry, clothing, cosmetics, glasses, watches, digital electronics).
Step 02
3D Design Confirmation
Based on the detailed requirements provided by the client, we provide free 3D design drawings (taking 3-7 days, with 3 free modifications), and confirm the design with the client.
Step 03
Quotation & Construction Drawing Confirmation
Based on the confirmed 3D drawings and specific requirements, we prepare a formal quotation. After the client confirms the quotation, we produce CAD construction drawings. Once the client confirms the construction drawings and pays 40% of the total amount, formal production begins. The remaining 60% balance is to be paid before shipment.
Step 04
Production & Delivery
The production cycle is 25-45 days. During production, we will provide real-time updates to clients via email or WhatsApp with photos and videos at the following key stages:
Wood cutting / Metal cutting / Spray painting / Assembly / Packing / Quality inspection
After the client confirms the finished products are correct, the remaining 60% balance is paid. Shipment will be arranged after the balance is paid in full.
Clients can arrange their own shipping or entrust KSL to arrange shipping on their behalf.
Step 05
Factory Introduction (Core Process Showcase)
KSL owns a self-operated factory covering an area of over 12,000 square meters, equipped with five professional workshops: Hardware Workshop, Wood Workshop, Spray Painting Workshop, Assembly Workshop, and Packing Workshop.

High-seal Spray Painting Process: Dust-free paint room, professional technicians with over 20 years of experience, and professional baking equipment ensure color fastness and high color restoration, providing long-lasting, uniform, and vibrant finishes.
Sufficient Raw Material Inventory: Adequate inventory of wood and hardware raw materials, no waiting time for procurement, significantly shortening the production cycle.
Five-Workshop Coordination: Hardware processing, woodworking, spray painting, assembly, and packing – all completed under one roof.
Strict Quality Control (QC):
Before product packing and shipping, our QC strictly follows company standards and client requirements to ensure products are free from any defects or color differences before leaving the factory.
Step 06
Product Packing & Shipping
Packing Method:
Each product is individually wrapped with EPE foam, bubble bags, and plastic bags
Packed into wooden cases for reinforced protection
Wooden case dimensions comply with export pallet standards
Fragile Item Handling:
Fragile components such as glass and acrylic are packaged with enhanced protection to prevent damage during transit.
Export Support:
Export palletizing supported
Fumigation required or not – determined based on product material and client requirements
Shipping Methods:
Clients can arrange their own shipping
